The Strategic Learning Plan (SLP) at ISB has guided our school improvement work for over a decade to ensure that students reach their academic potential. The SLP is reviewed annually by the Leadership Team with adjustments made based on data about student learning, the latest research, student, parent and teacher survey feedback, and what we know about best practice. Provided below is a summary of the key goals in the SLP.
