Library Vision Statement
ISB Main Library supports the school's mission of inspiring students to achieve their academic potential, to be passionate reflective learners, and to become caring global citizens by facilitating the effective, creative and ethical use of information and the pursuit and appreciation of a wide variety of literature.

Elementary School Teacher Librarian
"The ES Learning HUB serves the entire ISB community with quality and up-to-date picture story books, fiction books and series, graphic novels, and an extensive non-fiction collection. Our dynamic space serves as a classroom to our PreK1 - Grade 5 community and as a special events and exhibition center. Our staff of dedicated librarians are always excited to help you and your family find the perfect books for learning and enjoyment. Parent/child story times, multilingual story times, and community literacy events are all regular features of the ES Learning HUB. Pop in to see us; we can’t wait to share this magical space with you!”
Middle School Librarian
"In my position as a middle school librarian, I believe that libraries are important places for lifelong exploration and discovery. It is the power of reading that expands our minds and ignites our imaginations. At the heart of ISB Middle and High School, the ISB Main Library hosts research sessions, book talks, displays, presentations, and a multitude of events. We also offer a wide range of updated resources, including eBooks, AudioBooks, and a variety of equipment, including digital cameras and a 3D printer."

"The Main Library at ISB is hive of energy and information. Primarily we serve the Middle and High Schools, yet we enjoy hosting art displays, presentations, film studies and classes. It is one of the busiest places on campus. We are constantly on the hunt of the best of the most recently published titles. In addition to the best books, we also offer access to amazing technology for checkout like cameras, microphones, lights, a computer lab and Virtual Reality headsets. We are proud to provide the services and resources to the ISB Community".
