Our Philosophy
We love fresh & healthy food.
At Epicure Catering Co., Ltd. we provide young bodies and young minds the fuel to grow, and to prepare for the day and the future ahead of them. We believe that all children should have access to healthy fresh food on a daily basis.
Healthy eating is the requirement for children’s energy needs for growth, activity and development.
Epicure’s goal is to support this with a balanced nutritional meal. We offer healthy versions of Western and Asian delights using some of the favourite recipes from around the world.

Health & Safety
In order to prove our high quality in food preparation and safety practices, ISB is audited by a professional, outside inspection company twice a year – Diversey Consulting. Following very strict food handling and safety procedures according to the U.S. FDA GMP guidelines, Diversey holds us accountable for ensuring our operating levels are of the industry’s highest standards.
Birthday Celebrations
Do you need birthday cupcakes or other healthy snacks for a classroom birthday celebration? Then please contact us. How about our festive cupcakes? The cafeteria at ISB supplies homemade treats direct from our bakery on campus, all to your liking. Choose from an array of flavors, the most popular being vanilla, banana chocolate chip, marble, or chocolate cupcakes. We also offer fruit skewers, special cookies and sheet cakes.
Please give us at least a few days notice when placing an order either by email or visit us directly at the catering office located along the walkways at the main cafeteria. Orders can be delivered to any classroom upon request. Please note birthday candles are not included.
