1) What motivates you to work with international students? |
Music itself motivates me in teaching. Since music is the universal language, working with international students exposes both me and my students to different ideas. |
2) What are two specific highlights of your training or education that you are most proud of — and that are most applicable to your teaching role at ISB? |
I hold a master’s degree in piano from the University of British Columbia. I also have experience teaching in an international community in Vancouver, British Columbia. |
3) Where have you lived most of your life? If not in Thailand, what brought you here? |
I was born and raised in Bangkok but have experience studying and teaching in Canada. |
4) Have you worked with students before in preparation for their taking music exams? |
Yes. I have helped prepare students for music grade exams in Trinity, ABRSM (the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music), and RCM (the Royal Conservatory of Music). |
