School Nurse
Job Title: School Nurse
Department: Health Center
Reports To: Head Nurse
Working Day & Hours: Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Screening of patients with medical problems, initial assessment, triage, medical interventions within scope of practice and referral as necessary.
- Taking medical history, collecting vital signs, making appropriate first aid interventions, administering medication as ordered by physician and requested by parent.
- Offers telephone/email nursing advice and assistance to the school community.
- Monitor communicable diseases among the school population, maintaining minimal exposure of ill persons to healthy persons.
- Be proactive in promoting healthy choices and preventive behavior among the school community.
- Act as a community resource for health and wellness issues, providing information and teaching as needed and requested.
- Review student’s annual Physical Examination Reports and follow up with parents and Medical Practitioners when required.

Nursing Attributes:
- Expected to perform difficult medical and administrative duties with minimum supervision in the absence of the Head Nurse.
- Maintain professional relationships with a Pediatrician and/or family doctor for professional support when medical questions arise.
- Work closely with members of the leadership committee as appropriate and assist as necessary for health related concerns.
- Expected to follow standardized professional nursing guidelines.
- Exceptional and sound independent nursing judgment and decision making is required for adequate performance of regular school nursing and administrative duties. Areas include assessment of medical and nursing needs and intervention, and appropriate referral.

Theater & Events Support Assistant / Theater Technician
Job Title: Theater & Events Support Assistant / Theater Technician

Primary Function:
To assist the Theater Manager in fulfilling requests by ISB community users.
Scope of Service:
As Theater & Events Support Assistant / Theater Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting Theater Manager in planning and supporting all performing art productions and events at ISB. Theater & Events Support Assistant / Theater Technician will work individually and as a part of a team in liaison with the Theater Manager, Director of Arts and Activities, Theater staff, teachers, students and members of the school community for providing guidance and support of the safety operating theater equipment. The main responding areas are Theaters, MPB, Outdoor Stage, Multi-purpose spaces and performing art classrooms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work alongside with Theater Manager on the school calendar committee
- Initial approval and tracking related FMX requests
- Assisting the Theater Manager in the day-to-day production and events coordination and support through FMX bookings
- To liaise directly with production and event organizers to determine all setup and technical requirements
- To coordinate and work alongside with the other Theater Staffs, B&G supervisor and crew, or other outsourced suppliers to load in/out and set up for the productions and events
- To offer technical support, designing and operating of lighting, sound, projection and other production related equipment for production and events
- Training, leading and working alongside with students tech crew for all productions and events
- To train and supervise rigging maintenance and operation
- To take responsibility for developing and improving own skills in the correct and efficient operation of all equipment, and to inform Theater Manager of any requirements for further training, necessary equipment or assistance

Performs secretarial and clerical duties in support of the Elementary Office. To serve as the face of the school, greeting students and parents and providing them with information and warm welcome, ensuring that all communication with others is consistent with our ISB Vision and Mission is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contributing member to the Elementary School (ES) Office team of secretaries for Admin, Counselors and PowerSchool

General Summary
The Cashier is responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently including payment received through cash, check, credit card, QR payment, Online payment transactions and other payment methods as advised by school with an excellent service to customers and perform honesty and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Recording payment received by cash, check, bank transfer, credit cards, QR, other online payment, or other payment methods as advised by school to ensure the accuracy of payment
- Issuing receipts for all funds collected for School, checking the total daily received transactions and preparing receipt voucher and any necessary documents to the Accountant
- Preparing daily bank deposit, Suppliers payment, Bank transfer, etc.
- Controlling and processing the Overseas Wire Transfer application to the Bank, Coordinating and negotiating with the bank to request the best exchange rate for all foreign currency transactions
- Providing notification of the transaction status and the Bank Debit Advice to requestors and copy to payment vouchers once the transfers have been completed
- Handling cash on hand including Thai Baht and other Foreign Currency. Maintain a petty cash fund with the correctness & completeness of documents both payment and reimbursement
- Controlling and processing the complete check paid to the supplier including to verify and check the completeness of all required documents to support the payment, i.e. Receipt, Tax Invoice or Goods received before the payment is made to the vendors, etc.
- Deposit the check/cash to the supplier's bank account as required and notify requestor in order to update to the suppliers
- Preparing cash for Substitute Payment and keeping it in ISB Safe, informing the payee/coordinator to pick up
- Prepare daily reconcile receipt transactions for all school banks between actual and bank statements and find out for unknown transfer transactions
- Updating, renewing bank books, requesting for bank statement, withholding tax certificate as required
- Liaise with bank for solving problem such as ATM, Credit Card, Overseas Transfer for Teachers & Staffs
- Preparing Weekly bank statement reconciliation between Bank balance and Accounting records and providing bank balance for Controller upon requested
- Reconcile monthly bank statement reports
- Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have and provide information according to ISB procedures or policies

Scope of Services:
HR Coordinator (Compensation, Benefits and Employee Relations) mainly oversees and administers ISB Employee Benefits Programs and services including Professional Learning/Development; life, health and disability insurance (contract, enroll and claim); air tickets; housing; shipping allocation; annual checkup; dental fund; social security fund; etc. and answer questions and concerns from employees regarding the compensation and benefits programs for both Classified and Certified staff. In addition, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for employee relations, including initiating activities/programs to increase employee satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible for a day-to-day administration and customer service of multiple benefits
- Serves as the main point of contact for answering benefits questions, advises employees on eligibility, provisions and HR policies and procedures as related to benefits
- Ensures the data input of all enrollment and changes are entered into the necessary information systems and monitors payroll entries (reimbursement data, etc.) to ensure accuracy
- Conducts new hire benefit orientation and enrolls new hires in the respective plans
- Assist with evaluating services, coverage and options available through benefit providers e.g. Insurance, shipping, hospital, etc. to determine programs best meeting needs of the school
- Initiates resolution of benefit issues (including assisting employees with filing claims, completion and file requests for reimbursement, as well as handling dispute resolution)
- Process and reconcile payments to vendors
- Create and generate benefit reports utilizing various systems

Employee Relation
- Work with the HR Director and concerned departments to develop and manage wellness initiatives and well-being programs to support employees.
- Work with the HR Director in designing, creating and organizing the Employee Relation activity such as communication program, employee’s activity and special event as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field

General Summary:
The Controller is responsible for managing the Finance and Accounting and Purchasing Team in the areas of but not limited to Budget Control, Financial Accounting and MIS, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cashier, Purchasing and Receiving ensuring the smooth and efficient operations, compliance with financial regulations and laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Supervise the Finance and Purchasing team members in order to perform the work assigned with accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop, monitor and review the policies and procedures of accounting, finance and purchasing to ensure balance between control and efficiency
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of Finance and Purchasing Departments
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and implement financial processes and controls to safeguard assets and minimize financial risks
- Oversee and ensure the execution of financial operations including receipt, payment, fixed assets management, month-end closing and tax compliance to deliver the expected results with accuracy and timeliness
- Overseeing the Bookstore
- Advising the CFO on banking and treasury matters
- Managing the forward contract portfolio and advising the CFO on hedging requirements
- Handling quotations and selection of insurance service providers and handling queries pertaining to school-wide insurance
- Participates as a director of the provident fund committee
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to ensure the company’s financial health by overseeing all financial planning, accounting, and analysis activities
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and tax regulations
- Provide regular maintenance and backup of all accounting systems, and supervise company financial staff
- Work closely with the CFO in managing the financial planning, budgeting and budget control
- Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations
- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
- Ensure that policies and procedures (internal controls) are in place to provide assurance that the company assets are protected
- Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
- Coordinate and manage external and internal audit engagement to ensure compliance with audit recommendations and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Verify all financial documents and transactions prior to seeking Administrative’s approval

Qualification:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role in Accounting or Finance including at least 5 years in a supervisory level
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Reporting standards and taxation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai
- Experience with Financial software systems and computer literacy such as JD Edwards, MS Excel, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
