The ISB Counseling Program consists of counselors across every division to support students in holistic development and achievement. School counselors are highly trained educators in pre K-12 settings who uphold ethical and professional standards to design, implement and manage comprehensive school counseling programs that promote and enhance student success.

School counselors address the academic and developmental needs of all students by working in partnership with students, parents, school staff and the community.

We prioritize:

  • Encouraging Growth: Believing in the potential for personal development.
  • Supporting Well-being: Promoting balance as a foundation for success.
  • Building Confidence: Empowering students to navigate challenges.
  • Teaching Lifelong Skills: Focusing on self-management, self-advocacy, and self-care.

  • Our dedicated counselors work collaboratively with students, parents, and faculty to address academic, social, and emotional needs. Whether through universal services for all, targeted small-group support, or intensive interventions for students with higher needs, we ensure every student receives the right level of care.

    Our team includes:

    • Three Elementary School counselors
    • Two Middle School counselors
    • Four High School SEL School counselors
    • Two school psychologists

Together, we help each student unlock their full potential and succeed both in school and beyond.
