On May 14, 2026, the ISB community came together to celebrate a milestone 75 years in the making. It was a morning of history, music, and joy and one very special drone shot.
We are ISB from above
The celebration began on the school field, where students, faculty, and staff arranged themselves into the letters I, S, and B. As a drone rose overhead and captured the formation, the image said everything: one community, united, marking 75 remarkable years together.

Our history, our pride
The community then gathered for a whole-school assembly to journey through ISB’s 75-year story from its founding to the vibrant, globally minded school it is today. Reflecting on where we have come from made the moment feel all the more meaningful.
Our new song
The highlight of the assembly was the launch of ISB’s newly composed school song, performed for the very first time in front of the entire community. As the music filled the air, voices joined in — row by row, the whole school singing together for the first time.
The ISB song now belongs to every student who will ever walk through our gates a thread connecting this generation to all the ones that will follow.
Cupcakes and celebration
What’s a birthday without a little sweetness? The day wrapped up with cupcakes for the whole community, a simple and joyful way to raise a toast to 75 extraordinary years and everything still to come.
