ISB is a nut-free campus. Because of allergies and severe health concerns, it is critically important that students and adults refrain from bringing nuts or nut products on campus. This includes peanuts and tree nuts (almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans, pistachios, chestnuts, beechnuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts, gingko nuts, hickory nuts).

Medication must be kept in the ISB Health Center and be administered by the school nurse. Administration of all medications requires parent permission. Only prescription medications may be given by the school nurse with the exception given to those children who must carry a prescription Inhaler or Epi Pen on their person at all times. Â In this situation, a consent signed by both the parent/guardian and the physician is necessary.
