ISB Admissions Journey

  1. Get in touch with the Admissions Office:

    We are delighted to receive your interest in ISB and invite you to explore ISB for your child(ren). Contact us by phone or submit an inquiry to discuss your plans and to ask us any questions you may have.

  2. Review Requirements and Prepare Documents:

    Please read through the requirements and documents needed for the application before you begin the process. The list of required documents can be found here. Please make sure that all your documents are high-quality PDF files using the following filename format: LASTNAME, First name – Name of document.pdf

  3. Complete an Application and Upload Required Documents:

    Please note that an application is considered complete only after all required documents/items on the application checklist have been submitted.

  4. Receive Notification of Application or Admissions Status from the Admissions Office:

    Once an application is complete, the review process may take up to 14 school days. You can assist the timeframe by submitting the required documents and sharing information related to your child(ren)’s learner profile. Note: Students applying for consideration to Kindergarten-Grade 12, who may not be grade-level proficient in English, will receive either an online or in-person English as an Additional Language (EAL) assessment. Additional assessments requested may be in the form of standardized testing, math, and learning support.

  5. Complete Medical Requirements:

    Please begin the medical forms only after your child(ren) has/have been offered a seat at ISB. You will need to download and print the ISB Medical Forms. Take these forms and your child(ren) to a qualified medical doctor of your choice. These documents must be signed, stamped, or sealed by the medical institution providing these services and must include TB (Tuberculosis) screening results. These forms should be completed no more than 6 months prior to your child(ren)’s date of enrollment.

  6. Prepare and Submit Documents Require for Enrollment

    Along with the medical forms, you will need to submit further documents that will appear on the application checklist. Some of the documents, including the medical forms, will require approval from our school to ensure that your child(ren) will be authorized to start school. Should any forms not be submitted or not be approved, your child(ren)’s enrollment will be delayed until the required documents are in order.
