Safeguarding Commitee

 ISB has a dedicated Safeguarding Committee that coordinates all child protection efforts across the school. The committee works closely with the administration, counselors, and external experts to ensure that safeguarding measures are consistently upheld and regularly reviewed. Comprehensive Staff Training

All school staff undergo mandatory child protection training, both at the start of their employment and on an annual basis. Rigorous Recruitment and Vetting

As part of our commitment to keeping children safe, we conduct thorough background checks and request confidential references for all new employees, contractors, and volunteers. All staff members must pass a criminal background check before they are allowed to work at our school.

Accreditation with ongoing Audits and Reviews:

Safeguarding is a continuous commitment. We regularly review and update our safeguarding policies, procedures, and practices to ensure they remain effective and in line with the latest global standards.
