2009-2010 SCHOOL FEES SCHEDULE |
APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE
The Application Processing fee for the 2009/10 School Year is 4,500 Baht. This fee is payable when an application is submitted to the Admission Office.
REGISTRATION FEE
The Registration fee for the 2009/10 School Year is 240,000 Baht. This one-time fee is payable the first year a student is enrolled in Grades Kindergarten through 12 and is not refundable, unless the new student withdraws within the first 20 days of enrollment.
ANNUAL FEE
The Annual fee for the 2009/10 School Year is 20,000 Baht, or 10,000 Baht per semester. This yearly non-refundable fee is payable by all students enrolled in Grades Kindergarten through 12. Current holders of a Capital or Assessment Certificates are exempted from this fee. Please contact Ugo Costessi for information regarding these certificates and policies.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
The International School Association (ISA) Membership fee for the 2009/10 School Year is 10 Baht. This fee is required by Thai Law, and is not refundable.
TUITION FEE
The Tuition fees for 2009/10 School Year are:

ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) FEE
Effective as of 2005/06 School Year, this fee no longer applies.
TRANSPORTATION FEE
The Transportation (Air-conditioned, Adult monitored & Two-way only) fees for the 2009/10 School Year are:

PRO-RATING TUITION and TRANSPORTATION FEES
Full tuition fees on a per semester basis are charged after a student has been at ISB for 50 days. Up to that time ISB will charge 2% of the per semester Tuition fee per day. Transportation fees are prorated based upon the number of months of attendance.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
- Students presently enrolled:
A deposit of Baht 40,000 is due by May 15, 2009.- The first semester Tuition, Transportation, Annual and Membership fees, minus the deposit paid by May 15, 2008, are due by July 24, 2009.
- The second semester Tuition, Transportation, and Annual fees are due by December 18, 2009.
- New Students
The Registration and Membership fees are due at the time of enrollment.- New students enrolling before December 18, 2009:
- The first semester or pro-rated Tuition, Transportation and Annual fees are due at the time of enrollment.
- The second semester Tuition, Transportation and Annual fees are due by December 18, 2009.
- New students enrolling on or after January 11, 2010:
- The second semester or pro-rated Tuition, Transportation and Annual fees are due at the time of enrollment.
- New students enrolling before December 18, 2009:
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Fees are payable in Thai Baht, net of any bank charges. If a check is returned unpaid, a Baht 500 charge will be added to the invoice, which will then be immediately payable. For wire transfer please contact the Business Office.
OVERDUE PAYMENTS
Interest at 0.75% per month will be charged for all late payments. The Head of School may exclude students from classes when payments are overdue.
WITHDRAWALS
Pupils leaving the school are required to clear all obligations before final records will be forwarded to the next school or University. This includes text, library books and other school materials.
ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT
In the event of a financial crisis not foreseen when fees were set, the Board of Directors has the right to increase or revise fees at any time during the school year.
