Transition & Your Child

Leaving home, leaving friends, and moving to a new country with different customs and different peoples can often be a traumatic experience for some children (and parents). As seasoned international educators, our staff is sensitive to the wide array of needs that students and their families have during this transition. Whether it is our New Student Groups or our practice of pairing current ISB students with new students to help them become familiar with their new surroundings, we have a number of systems in place to assist new ISB families at this important time in their lives.
