Dear New Middle School Students and Parents,
Welcome to ISB! We hope that you are looking forward to moving to Bangkok and joining our community of families from all over the world. Our Middle School has many academic and extra curricular opportunities for students to experience, enjoy, and learn from.
As you make your way to Thailand, please know that we will do all that we can to ensure that your family's transition to our Middle School is as smooth as possible. It is with that in mind, that we have prepared the following information for you.
Course Requests: Prior to submitting your course requests, please read through our 2011 - 2012 Middle School Program of Studies (access by clicking the following link)

This document will provide you with an overview of our programs, describe our course offerings, and indicate if there are any prerequisites required. Any required teacher recommendations may be provided by your child's current teacher in the applicable subject area from your current/previous school. Please advise your child's teacher to write the recommendation on school letterhead and forward it to ISB in advance or bring the recommendation(s) with you when you meet with your counselor at ISB.
Course Selection:
Once you've completed the registration process through the ISB Admissions Office, please complete the appropriate enclosed grade level course request form and either e-mail it to register@isb.ac.th, or fax it to us as soon as possible. Please note that there may be conflicts with the courses you have requested, or they may be at capacity, thus necessitating that an alternative course may have to be scheduled. All attempts will be made to schedule your course requests, which will be reviewed with your counselor during your appointment when you arrive at ISB.

Prior to your arrival in Bangkok, please schedule an appointment with our Admissions Office to meet with your counselor to review the above information and complete the enrollment process.
