The New Student Survey serves to introduce new students to ISB Student Ambassadors. It is the first step in our orientation process that will ultimately end up with an ambassador to meet and show each new student around in his or her first days at ISB.
Please follow the steps below to complete the Survey:

Download the attachment to the right, by right clicking on it and choosing Save Target as... or the equivalent in your browser.

Open the file in Microsoft Word and type in your responses to the questions.

Save the file with a name that will be recognizeable as yours. This will help to sort out all the different files that come in.

Email the file as an attachment to the admission office at register@isb.ac.th or fax it to +662-960-4103.
