Ms. Debbie McDowell is in her second year at ISB. Ms. McDowell has worked overseas for 11 years in Kuwait, Russia and Poland. Prior to that Ms.McDowell was a teacher for 15 years and a counselor for 4 years in the United States. In the past, Ms. McDowell has worked extensively with support groups, crisis intervention, and transition. She has been extremely involved in international counseling organizations and currently is Chair of the Council of International Schools Guidance and Counseling Committee. Ms. McDowell will oversee the Student Ambassadors Program at ISB among other responsibilities
