Each semester the ISB Panther Swim Club will try to offer two meets per month which our swimmers can attend. One or two meets per semester will be intrasquad time trial formatted. We plan to offer 1 international travel meet per semester; these may rotate on an annual basis. It is possible that occasionally a 2nd may be offered. Other meets will be BISAC meets, local invitational meets and some dual meets with local teams.
Required meets for all Panther swimmers are the fall DTAC SwimFest Invitational Meet and the spring DTAC Splash Invitational Meet. We host both of these meets here at our pool and all swimmers are expected to participate. The dates for 2009-2010 are November 7-8 and March 20-21.
In addition all swimmers who qualify for the BISAC Championship meet are expected to participate. Those dates are May 1 for 11+over swimmers and May 2 for 10+under swimmers. The meet in 2010 will be held at Patana.
Panther swimmers should also plan to participate in all of our scheduled intrasquad time trials which take place here at ISB or at Nichada on weekdays during normal practice times.
