INTRODUCTION
Students use Information Technology (IT) to learn in a productive and efficient manner, to express their ideas and show creativity, to analyze and solve problems, to communicate their findings and to collaborate both locally and globally.
ISB believes that IT skills are best learned in the context of other learning. ISB knows technology also enhances the learning of subject area knowledge. With these beliefs in mind, the High School has put in place an integrated technology learning model. Students apply and learn IT skills throughout the course of their curricular learning.
Students develop online learning portfolios using their Wordpress blogs, collaborate on documents using Google Docs, and complement their classroom learning with a Moodle e-learning environment called PantherNet.
