ART CLUB
Ms. Turek
Two components--
(1) Open Studio: All students currently enrolled in art may come to the Studio any day during their free period or after school to work on current assignments or begin new work.
(2) Figure Drawing: Students working on college art portfolio or students whose projects involve the portrayal of the human figure may come to the Studio on Thursdays from 2:15 until 3:30 to work from live models. Whenever possible, bring a friend willing to model.
Once a month on a Thursday, we join the Street Boys and do art with them.
DANCE CLUB
Ms. Price
Dance Club is a clue for students who would like to perform more of their own dances in choreography showcases and assemblies. Upcoming Munch ‘n Music is the first opportunity to show your stuff!!! Come share your own dance ideas, work on your own choreography and create new dances with your fellow dancers after school. Sign up on Club day and if interested, contact Ms. Price in the Dance Studio.
DRAMA CLUB
Mr. DuBois
The drama club will be designed to create a bigger interest within the high school for drama by promoting the happenings of the theatre and by putting on performances to raise money for charities. This club will support the theatre and help with ushering and technical duties for productions.
LIGHTS AND SOUND

Thursday during lunch in the theater office (on the side of the Unocal Theater)
Club members provide technical support for school and school-related public performances.† You will learn to operate the main sound system, sound effects and to take control of the various stage lighting equipment including the cyber-light.† Only dedicated, hard working, and dependable students should apply for membership in this club.† Community service to the greater ISB community, and to the student body, and other community service projects offered.† IB students can receive CAS credit as well.

The Singing Club is a club for all students who love to sing, love music and who just want to have a great time! In Singing Club we will separate into temporary smaller groups and work on songs for performance, or just for the fun of singing. We will be very experimental with choosing pieces involving both instrument and voice, or just for voice alone. We are not about competition if you think you can’t sing or are shy: first of all you can and we will teach you!

CREATIVE WRITING CLUB

The Creative Writing Club supports young writers at ISB so that they may succeed in the world of writing.† The goals of the club are to help students write and critique their poetry, stories, and novels in a friendly and nurturing environment and to assist students so as many as possible get published.

DJ CLUB

Meeting time decided upon by members on a needs basis.
The club provides DJ services to the ISB community. We help out in dozens of special lunchtime events, dances, and various other activities throughout the school year. Great place to meet other spin-doctors.
