Dr. Jeff Harper enters his 14th year as a high school counselor at ISB. Dr. Harper has a broad background in counseling in international schools in the Congo (DRC), England, and Singapore as well as crisis intervention counseling in America. He is a former faculty member of the University of Virginia. Dr. Harper is responsible for coordinating the Freshman Seminar program, among other duties.
