Additional Diploma Requirements:
7. Theory of Knowledge - a unique, one year seminar in which students are asked to reflect upon their secondary school experiences.  Students re-examinee the knowledge, claims, and judgments made in science, mathematics, history, literature, and the arts.  The course emphasizes critical awareness through examination of opinion, belief, and “truth”.
8. Extended Essay -   a student-led piece of independent research and academic writing grounded in foundations of the subjects studied in the IB program. The main purpose of the 4,000 word essay is to provide an opportunity for students to learn and experience the appropriate methods of approach and research. Each student works with a faculty advisor who guides the student in the organization and writing of the essay.
9. Creativity, Action, Service (CAS) Program - a 150 hours requirement in which students engage in creative, athletic, and service-oriented activities.  Students should pursue all three types of activity, either on a regular basis or in a concentrated time frame.  The intent of CAS is to ensure “active” involvement by students in school or community activities.

All subjects available subject to sufficient enrollment.
